Following introductions the proceedings will be structured into two sections as follows:

1. Questions on pre-set topics based on three papers (see below); and
2. Questions from the audience.

At this time we are welcoming the submission of topics and questions to be covered within the first section of the debate. These should be submitted by replying to this email by Friday 27 January 2017 at 17:00. Submissions should be based on the following papers:
